1. Identification

The website and NØRD brand are operated by Innerflect and refer to events promoted under the YATRA project, with contact base in Coimbra, Portugal. By using this site and purchasing tickets you accept these terms in full.

2. Nature of the event

NØRD is an experience combining sauna, cold-water immersion, music and social space. It is not a clinical, therapeutic or supervised sports service. You participate at your own risk and confirm your health allows exposure to heat, cold and moderate physical activity.

3. Tickets and pricing

Prices include VAT at the legal rate in Portugal unless stated otherwise. Your ticket is confirmed after successful payment processed by Stripe. You will receive proof by email.

4. Code of conduct

• Alcohol and illegal substances are prohibited.
• Phones and recording in the event space are not allowed unless the organisation gives express permission.
• You must respect crew, DJ, other guests and all safety instructions.

5. Limitation of liability

The organisation is not liable for personal belongings except where mandatory law requires. You may be asked to leave without refund if your behaviour endangers collective safety.

6. Changes and cancellations

The organisation may change times, artists or programme elements for operational or force majeure reasons. If an event is cancelled, the rules on our refunds page apply.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For consumer disputes you may use alternative dispute resolution (RAL) and the competent authorities.
