Arrival + opening

Your body enters the heat. First sauna round with ambient sound. A welcome Aufguss with eucalyptus and cedar from Bussaco. Breathe. Unplug. Arrive.

Connection

Cold tub + networking

The 5°C cold tub breaks every wall. Then the lounge with hot tea. No one’s a stranger here — the cold creates instant intimacy.

Ecstasy

Ecstatic dance + closing

The DJ steps up. Techno, house, whatever your body asks for — sound for the lounge and shared space around the sauna; inside it stays heat rounds as usual, not a dance floor. Dance wherever there’s room. The morning closes in a circle.

Journey through heat, cold water and gathering

Two minutes at 5°C hits like nothing you’ve felt before. It’s not punishment. It’s a reset.
