Refund policy

1. Purchase confirmation
After successful payment via Stripe, your spot is tied to the checkout session reference. Keep the confirmation email — it will be asked for at check-in.
2. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer under Portuguese law, you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, as long as you have not yet used the ticket at the event. To exercise this right, contact info@nord.hot with the email used for purchase and the order reference.
3. Refunds if the event is cancelled
If the organisation cancels the event, the ticket value will be refunded to the same payment method unless otherwise agreed. Timing depends on your bank and Stripe.
4. Material changes
Significant date or venue changes that substantially affect you give you the right to request a refund within the deadline we state in the change notice.
5. No-show
Not attending the event does not entitle you to a refund unless the organisation agrees otherwise or mandatory law says otherwise.
